Experience the historic elegance of The Barn at Fox Hall, a venue that seamlessly combines the rustic charm of post-and-beam construction with a bit of sophistication. Constructed in 1859 in Guilford, Connecticut, the barn was relocated to its current site in 1998. The original horse stalls have been removed, chandeliers and video monitors installed, and an adjoining pergola added to create an ideal setting for your dream wedding, birthday party, book launch, or other event. We can accommodate 100 guests inside the barn and up to 200 utilizing the grounds (excluding staffing). We provide on-grounds parking. Our rustic setting means you'll have your choice of port-o-potties to rent for the event. We have electricity and potable water available, and an area for your caterer to set up. Our rental season runs from June through October.

The property is noted for the main house, an historic Greek Revival structure erected in 1790 with extensive remodels done over the years. Many prominent families have lived in and visited the home. Windham Center itself is known for it's many notable historic figures including members of the second Continental Congress, painters, writers, musicians, legislators, etc.

- Set up 8am to 11am,
- Event time 11am to 9pm
- Breakdown 9p to 10pm
Friday Rental
Rentals Requirement
We provide:
- Tables
- Chairs
- Video monitors
- Designated surrounding grounds for outdoor activities and photographs
Saturday Rental
You will need to arrange the following (which we are happy to assist with):
- Decorations
- Linens
- Flatware, stemware and glasses
- Additional Tables and Chairs (depending on the size of your event)
- Food and beverages
- DJ/Audio equipment
- Decorations
- Port-o-potty
- Event Insurance
